Borough Mail:
Franklintown Borough is not afforded door to door mail delivery by the Post Office.  This results in much confustion as the mailing addresses are often different from the actual physical location.
Any rural route in Franklintown Borough will require Dillsburg 17019 to receive mail.
If you are not lucky enough to live on a rural route a PO Box rental is required.  The mailing address depends on the location of the PO Box.
If an entity sending you mail will only use your physical/street address at the end of that ask them to put the number of your PO Box at the end.  Ex:  116 S. Baltimore st, #88.  The post office will know that the last number is your PO Box.

Refer to your Real Estate and Per Capita taxes to determine where your physical location is.
